Insurance and Payments

At Jaffery Eyecare, we accept a range of medical and vision insurance plans, including Illinois Medicaid and Medicare. Most plans cover comprehensive eye exams and medically necessary eye care. Coverage and eligibility can vary, so we encourage you to contact our office for help verifying your benefits or understanding your options.

Illinois Medicaid

Illinois Medicaid provides vision and medical eye care coverage for eligible children and adults. Many plans include routine and medical eye exams. Our staff can help you confirm your eligibility and make the most of your benefits.

Medicare

Medicare Part B covers eye exams related to medical conditions such as diabetes, glaucoma, and other ocular diseases. We help patients use their Medicare benefits for these medically necessary visits and screenings.

Private Health Insurance

We accept most private and employer health insurance plans, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Cigna, and Humana. These plans often cover eye health exams and medical eye care.

Vision Plans

We accept vision plans including EyeMed, March Vision, and Spectera for routine eye exams and prescription updates. Our team can help you understand your plan benefits and eligible services.

Health Savings Accounts

HSA and FSA funds can be used toward eligible eye care services at Jaffery Eyecare, including exams and diagnostic testing. We’re happy to provide itemized receipts for reimbursement.
